What it means:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to intelligent machines and software that reacts to give information in the same way that humans would in similar situations. AI can engage and offer solutions to problems in place of a human counterpart, and allow team members to maximise their productivity and efficiency by taking over tasks that would typically dominate much of their time.
While Artificial Intelligence still requires human team members to be involved in catching smaller details that slip through the net, it can significantly improve business operations and streamline your team’s processes.
