What it means:
Back Office Support is anything that assists in maximising the customer experience, but is not directly supporting or in contact with the customer. The main objective of Back Office Support is still to ensure the very best customer support, however this primarily involves taking care of the non-customer-facing elements of their experience.
For example, at Quantanite we offer content moderation, backend system data entry, order processing, tagging and categorisation, online data collection and research, transcription, data management, and more. These tasks all fall into the category of Back Office Support as they help to indirectly enhance the customer experience.
