If you’d like support on managing home workers, plus new ideas on how to motivate virtual teams to do their best possible work, here’s something which will help:

Who’s on the panel?

The virtual event features a panel of experts from some of the most successful organizations in the US today – Lego, SmartPak, ezCater, A&W, Radial Inc. Lindt and VIPdesk Connect.

Some of these organizations blend home working with call centre staff. Others have the entire customer service team working from home so you’ll have direct access to a wealth of experience and knowledge of managing and motivating home-based staff.

Ronna Carras of Caras Training is the panel moderator and Rhonda Rohtstein, our very own Head of Managed Services is the panel facilitator.

Quantanite is really happy to be a part of this event. Just recently, due to COVID-19, we successfully transferred 900 people from office to home working within just 7 days. Feel free to ask about the logistics!

What you’ll learn

You’ll come away with tried and tested strategies for creating loyal, happy teams who excel at representing your brand while working at home.

You’ll discover the upsides and downsides of managing virtual staff, and how to make the best use of their time and talent while creating stellar performances.

You’ll also discover which virtual management strategies to avoid.

Dave Romero, President of Unboxed Technology (whose client list reads like a Who’s Who of big brands) will share his expertise on virtual training, along with inspiring training ideas and real-life examples of how to upskill, excite and empower your teams with training

Working from home may become the norm for many businesses.

Whether your organization sees home working as a short-term measure or a long-term strategy, it’s a smart idea to have contingency plans. After all, none of us can predict the future.  Whatever happens, your organization will be in a position to move forward with confidence.
